Jeremy made hummus the other day to put in pita sandwiches. We pulled some out today to eat with fresh carrots, cukes, and broccoli. YUMMO! Ivy & Jamey will eat it by the spoonful. Delish!
Hummus Recipe (no pictures because I didn't take any)
4 cans chickpeas, drained
2/3 c tahini
1/2 c fresh lemon juice
2 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic
2 T olive oil
a bit of paprika
2 tsp parsley
Put it all in the food processor and blend until it's nice & smooth. Put it in a bowl.
